All products are vegan and not tested on animals.
Made in Australia from local and imported ingredients.
Although in an ideal world all of our products would be organic, we have found that it is not yet practical to be 100% organic, so the products we sell are organic or wildcrafted where possible.

All products are shipped using either PRIVATE COURIERS or AUSTRALIA POST depending on the nature of your order and the destination.
Shipping on all orders within Australia is free.
Shipping to all other countries is free for orders over $20
*Some countries in South and Central America, Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe are excluded from this please email email@example.com for more information.
Where possible all orders will be processed within 2 working day following placement of the order and will be shipped out that day. (Times may vary around Christmas). Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and size of the parcel sent. If delivery is urgent please request Express Post and we will do all we can to have the order processed immediately, “same day”.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days from date your goods arrived to arrange a full product refund or product exchange. Our return and refund policy covers the following scenarios : Goods damaged in transit : Goods that are different to those ordered : Goods that are faulty : Goods that you are not completely satisfied with. Upon return of the product to us we will issue a product refund or replacement within 24 hours.

The personal information you provide to us will be retained only for as long as necessary to meet the purpose for which the information was collected or as required by law. Your email address will be added to our newsletter database but at your request will be removed.

No personal information is stored in any form that is accessible over the internet.
When you provide credit card information on our website, it is passed directly to the bank via an SSL secured payment gateway and is at no stage stored on our website or in our database. This means there is no risk of your credit card information being stolen, even in the highly unlikely even of someone gaining access to our database.
